Accidents in public places

Many accidents occur in public places, for example on a road or pavement, in a park, or in a public building. These can often lead to serious injuries and you may be able to make a claim.

It is usually someone’s responsibility to keep a particular place safe for the public, frequently a local authority, or the owner of premises.

Our team has a detailed knowledge of bringing claims arising out of accidents in public places. Penny Heighway has co-authored a book on making such claims: Trip & Slip - A guide to making personal injury claims. We will discuss your claim during an initial free half hour meeting, and will advise you on your options for funding your claim.
