Clinical negligence:

Led by an acknowledged expert in the field, the clinical negligence practice works alongside the personal injury practice, handling claims of maximum severity, particularly head injuries, spinal injuries such as cauda equina, and birth injuries including Erb’s palsy and cerebral palsy.

Commercial dispute resolution:

Recognised as a significant regional heavyweight, recommended by Chambers and Legal 500, and with one of the largest practices in the south outside London, the firm’s dispute resolution practice handles a wide variety of work in a busy caseload.
